Can you clarify what we have apparently forgotten as we are not in the habit of making mistakes when changing clutches, and your post put us in a bad light.

Hi there if it sound that i have put scoobyclinic down in some way then that was not my intention but the clutch that you have put in me car at 37000 mile my car is on 42000 miles now so 5000 mile and the clutch was split in to many pieces all the rivets that hold it together had all come apart is that down to the quality of the clutches that you use or just one bad clutch ???? and as for the parts that FB has taken out of the clutch master cylinder it is some kind of restrictor on the fluid return that should get taken out when fitting uprated clutch im no expert but scoobyclinc are and you dont now what he removed ???????

we only use high quality clutches such as Exedy as fitted to our track cars, as we said on the phone, if the unit has failed it will get replaced under warranty and if it's deemed by the manufacturer driver miss use/abuse then it won't.
Again you are having a pop at us when we asked a straight forward question, stating, "im no expert but scoobyclinc are and you dont now what he removed ???????"
From what I can gather from your post you may be talking about the damper between master cylinder and slave cylinder, if so the "Damper" is there for a reason,if removed it puts extra shock load on your gearbox, upping the risk of stripping teeth off the gears dramatically.
Subaru did not spend millions of pounds developing a car with parts it didn't need!
If it is the damper, you are referring to it is not something we remove unless its on a twin or triple plate race clutch as fitted to many of our winning track cars
If there was an issue with your clutch pedal we would have expected you to contact us in the 5000 miles you have covered, it must have worked fine for that period of time.
Please note we are not inviting a slanging match but simply do not know what you are trying to say, maybe FB would like to come on this thread and clarify just what they have removed, or is it just another urban myth.
cheers
