Are MSOC in attendance this year ?
South East Scoobies are thinking of pulling a few along for this years event.
Can you confirm if it is £5 per car including it's occupants, or do you need to pay a £5 for the car and also get tickets.

we will be running a stand as soon as the rotary club get back to me
our stand will be £7.50 per car including driver plus 4 passengers
the thread will be up as soon as we hear from them
would be great to have you join our 40car plus stand

Cheers for the replies, soz for not getting back sooner but S'net has been giving me error messages so done a update tonight.
Sounds like a plan to get us all togther and £7.50 sounds like a bargain.
I did contact the rotary club but ended up emailing Uxbridge rotary Club Canada DOH !!!!!!
If we get some people together does the £7.50 need to come through to you (i.e it is an agreed price for MSOC) or can we manage this ourselves and send it direct to the rotary club (this would be easier, rather then expecting SES members to pay MSOC and come on here to update attendance info).
I can keep the attendance info updated on here every so often.

If you have other people coming it would be best if you collect their money yourself then forward it to me before the end of May. That way I can send all our money on one cheque to make sure we get the size of show stand we need. I will also need your members model and colour of scooby to enable us to do a stand plan
