To Richard @ FB tuning, he changed my cambelt today. He really knows his stuff (as many of you know). Nice one mate your are a top man.

All the belt idlers and waterpump were in good condition, and didn't need to be changed, and the front main was dry.

The plunger seal on the tensioner was leaking, so the complete unit was changed, and all the cambelt guides were adjusted correctly, as two of them had been rubbing on the back of the previous cambelt
