PTR Racing Centre, 59/61 Brighton Road, Horley, Surrey RH6 7HJ
we need to be at the venue for a 5pm briefing
meet at Indian Summer on Denham roundabout for a 3.45pm leave

We have received several enquiries regarding food for Saturday night.
The event starts at 5pm & is likely to run until at least 9.30pm (PTR guesstimate)
We have been waitihg to hear back from PTR re the food available there.
They seem to have gone down the 'captive audience' route,
ie. Panini & Drink £8.00 plus VAT, pre ordered only!*
We have decided to head down early & eat at the pub opposite before the event

We intend to get there for 3pm to give us enough time.
If you would like to join us please let us know by 8pm tomorrow - Thursday
as we will be booking a table.

Thanks for the offer Hils but Tom works till 3.30
so we will be heading straight down then
there is a maccy d's at the gatwick roundabout though
looks like we will upset ptr aswell as lakeside karting
