Default What pads for the WRX Wagon

Wondering what pads to get for my WRX Wagon, all is standard at the moment, disks are prity good shape so no need to change them.

I used to use Ferodo 2500 on my Spec c brembo set up but was thinking it might be overkill for the WRX (Although I do understandard your brakes can never be too good)

Just wondering what other people are using

Cheers

I didn't realise your spec-c had brakes

I've got Mintex Extreme, but they are with dBA discs. Work okay, but do throw off a lot of dust. They came in at about £70 though which is a bargain for the 4-pot pads.

I`ve been using Pagid for years and always been fine. Have them now on my Hawkeye WRX.

Hi Guv i have now fitted EBC BlueStuff which are really good on mine wagon,no trackdays yet(but hopefully next year) with these,i've before Pagid OE which last 10k miles.
Almost everybody recommend for WRX EBC RedStuff,BlueStuff or DS2500.

Out of all the good makes of pads , the EBC bluestuff NDX would be my choice , they work very well from cold , and will take just about any abuse you want to throw at them , they work out more than the Mintex , but are miles better , even better and cheaper than the DS2500's , which would have been the pad to go for before the NDX's came out

Thanks all for the input.

May sounds silly but I think the blue stuff may be overkill the wagon run a standard 265, Was hoping to spend about £70 or so on a set....

Mintex mite be the way to go...anyoe got any experience with the Goodney Kevlar pads ?

Hi Guv for full set Front and Rear of Mintex M1144 you will pay around £70 from eBay.
I have these on my Skoda Octavia vRS in Czech Republic and are good for occasionally track days, not the best but good....

The kevlar pads we supply are about on par performance wise with the Mintex M1144 but without the dust
