Default My version 6 type R

Hi guys thought id post up a few pics of my version 6 type r that I brought just before Christmas. Had a few impreza's over the years, sold my last type r to buy my house but am more than happy with my new one

Wow, have you got a close up or a link as to what's on top of your dash?

Looks like a pretty mean bit of kit?

cheers fellas. It was brought over from Ireland and that's the plate dvla registered it on which I quite liked. With it being a version 6 I think it pulls it off quite well. I am hoping someone on here will know the car as im told its forged by paul wray and its got a few other bits done to the engine so it would be nice to know its exact spec.

An old flame of mine . Great car with a great spec .Yes engine by Paul Wray .Simtec with antilag setup at Elite performance.Best sounding impreza ever.One of the cars I really regret selling

I thought you couldn't make a car newer with a private plate (or does that rule not apply in Ireland?)

ahh i was hoping the old owner would be on here somewhere, was it you that sold it before it came to the uk? Was a lad called dom i brought it off from warrington. Went to view it and fell in love with it. Does sound amazeing, dont worry its being well cared for 😊 its my pride and joy.

Yes mate compomotive mo6 i think they are. It had gold sti wheels on it so i did a px for these. Very happy with them.

Its not a private plate mate the car has been re registered off of irish plates to uk plates and thats what the dvla have given it 😆

Cheers guys. Yeh i wasnt sure myself on that mate if it was just black id paint it but its carbon so im still a little un decided . I want to fit a roof flap off of a v limited in time which will need painting so i may do the scoop then

Hi yes it was me that sold it to England , Guy was a car detailer and an absolute gentleman unlike another scammer that came the day before ,
Car is a great goer and I really miss it around. Best of luck with it

Hes a real nice guy isnt he , infact im still in contact with him now, he often texts to ask how the car is going and showing me new cars hes brought, as you said a very nice guy which helped with me buying it. Im very happy with the car, not sure my neighbours like me too much now tho ha. Looking forward to the summer now so i can clean her and actualy keep her that way, washing it every other day at the moment.
