I have taken the clio off the road as wanted a change but didnt want to sell. I kind of regret selling my old Subaru but didnt want too much money in one vehicle and after driving a mates classic I decided to go down the route.

I spotted this one for sale on scumtree and the seller wanted top money but it sounded reasonable. I got a mate to call him who knew about classics and all seemed well so decided to go down for a look this morning.

Turns out the seller is the manager at Roger Clark Motorsport and took us down to the workshop so we could have a nosey around. Some awesome machines so I took a few pictures of the iphone;

Returned back and well happy with the car. Needs a little paint here and there but is mechanically spot on with loads of receipts and the original paperwork from when it was in Japan. A deal was done and I drove home and took these pics on the iphone. Cant drive it property until I swap my insurance over tomorrow so thats something to look forward to.

Well if it was owned by someone who works for RCM then its probably going to be pretty good! Nice car, dont see many clean, red, non-butchered classics.

sticker is not to my taste but very nice example, dont change the looks as standard ones look sweet. agree id prob just but a bit of touch up paint on the bumper to hide most of that.

The good thing about stickers is they peel off! I'll probably sport it for a couple of months and then remove it.

Just washed and wiped off and thats it but came up really nice. Im really happy with my painted vents and scoop. Theres still a few bits of bodywork to address but dont think it scrubs up bad for a 17yr old motor.
