The Type R's Replacement... *** Darkside Warning ***
Wasn't really sure what to get as a replacement for my Type R, I toyed with getting another M5 but couldn't really justify spending the extra money... so, I saw this come up for sale and bit the guys hand off
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Tommi Makinen Edition in Scotia white...
Mods-
Evo 7 engine and ECU
BC Coilovers
Evo 10 wheels in black
Performance Friction discs and yellow stuff pads
Rebuilt TME turbo
Wil get some better pics in daylight!
Have to say I am loving it! Totally different to the R, not saying better, just different

Cheers guys... it goes very well with the VII engine... getting it mapped and looked over at Indigo GT as they know the car
Yes it is Lee's old car as he bought a 7 and swapped the engines
Lol @ Banny

Very nice Merv I got to say and a TM edition as well
I went to buy one of these a few years back same as yours in White, but it had had not been looked after and to be honest I did not like the interior of the car so i could not justify 15K so it put me off..I went for an S3 instead,..The Evo VI is without doubt the best shape evo to date in my eyes
looking forward to seeing it

It isn't a Type R, not as raw but it is a great car and I'm finding my feet with it 11years with Subarus and I fancied a change !
Lol @ Ian... they sound nothing like a Scoob but I rather like the sound of this

Tad different to steer from the rear you were after I must say LOL! Still a good choice just a shame it's got 4 doors and wears a shėtsubishi badge

Splitter. ..
To be honest it's not like putting a 2.5 into a 2.0, its just a revised engine TME turbocharger is still on it ! Wouldn't notice the difference if I hadn't have said anything
