Some people do some daft mods - Why paint your washer bottle silver?
One of the previous owners of my car decided to paint the washer bottle silver, which to me looks terrible. Because they clearly didn't know what they were doing they ended up making a mess of it and the paint is flaking off.
I bought a replacement this week which was in excellent condition (thanks JonMc) and had it swapped over within half an hour.
Much better!
And before anyone says anything I'm well aware of the rusty bolts and the general state of my engine bay, it's due for a steam clean shortly and with some rally tech kit it'll start to look great again.
File this alongside the LEDs on the washer jets, fake roof vents and sticker kits.

Is steam cleaning your engine bay safe?

I hope so, never done it before, would you recommend against it? I know plenty of people that have had it done providing you protect the electrics.
Your both welcome to the silver one if you want it, it'll go in the bin otherwise.
Is this still running I thought it had ended?
