Haha, I get the impression you've fallen back in love with the car Frayz - for a while we were all getting worried with all the talk about selling it after all the hard work you'd put in!
Lovely car.

Lovely car.
Well it's still for sale at the right money. Truth be told I don't want to sell it. It's just a case of put it up for a price I want. If it doesn't sell I don't care.
Still got so much I'd love to do to it anyway. Lol

Frayz's car is a super example of the Prodrive Bug, which is surely one of the nicest looking Scoobs ever.
Love the bonnet vent Frayz but I can see sky with the bonnet open; no problems with water ingress?

Looks great, but knowing you a quick rinse equates to 2-days of detailing

I have a polycarbonate under shield for when the weathers wet. But to be honest it only gets wet if the car is stationary. When its moving the flow of air keeps water out.

Actually Jon, this is genuinely a quick wash and towel down. Most I did here was dress the tyres.
All the paint except the bonnet/bumper is original and could do with painting as she has the odd mark/chip etc. Overall it looks okay.

Superb tyres Pete. Would by them again in a heartbeat. Lots if grip, very predictable at the limit too. Expensive but then you get what you pay for.

Any reason why you didn't go for 235 or 245 width as I see you have a bit of stretch going on? I've got the same alloys waiting to go on, just deciding what size to go for.
