Default My New Toy

Hi all
Well over the last three years of working on my house and running the 330I (with no problems) i have also been following a lot of threads with much interest of the mods you lot get up. But when it finally came to changing the motor, all be it i love the classics, they are now getting a little old and the latest shape not really what i was looking for i ended up with one of these.
2007 one lady owner with 18000 on the clock, totally unmarked, really pleased with it, quite fast as well !!!
Hope you like it

Thanks very much, after having two classics, one wagon and one saloon and then a WR1 i parted from the Subaru for some time whilst doing home improvements. Once i had finished the 330I had to go, hence the gas guzzler. its very different in a lot of ways from a Impreza, but also very nice and loves fuel ( i thought the WR1 was bad) this is in a league of its own !!!

Yes, was originally after one in sprint blue, but this one came up and i loved it, when the sun catches it it really shows the metallic fleck, sadly though thats not often enough.

I am contemplating getting one of these next, it's the only car that me and the Mrs can agree on other than a 335D.

I was considering at a 335D or 335I touring myself for some time, as i require the boot space for my hobby. Once i had driven one of these i am afraid there was looking back even though the BMW has a lager boot, the build quality of the Audi and exhaust note made it for me.

The best you will ever get is about 26 and thats at a constant 45MPH, but who in their right mind wants to do that.
One thing i have noticed is that it takes a long time to get to running temperature (normally about 7miles) and in that time its only returning around 9-11MPG, so its not use for short journeys !!!
But hay if i want economy i would have got a diesel, love the car and the way it goes.
