Andi, yeah, great little motor - 17" alloys as std ! Really firm ride / stiff springs (I'd actually say better than a std Scoob !) Amazing.
Mook, useful to know M8, thanks

Always think these look good Mate - a bit Scoob-with-Morettes like at the front - especially in the MG WR Blue lookalike colour......

Lee, yeah it's the 160 so it's neah bad, and certainly better than the car it replaced ! As has been said here, each to their own but as a daily runner to and from work for my beloved, it's a decent motor.

A lot more engineering effort has gone into producing these motors, so despite being based on the current Rover range, they are definately decent machines. After all - to enter the BTCC, WRC and LeMans all in one go and get a pretty decent showing indicates that progress has certainly been made

ScoobyK u got any pics of the interior? Im actually tempted to get one in the same Trophy Blue colour. My finances mean I cant afford the P1 so need a cheapish fast hot hatch in the mean time. Seen one at a dealer locally for £11,795 5dr with only 1,500 miles on it.

P1Fan - I'm on my hols at present so can't take piccies of the car - could always pop into the dealer and have a little look round...but be warned, drive and you'll be hooked - it's a very well set up motor.
If you're still stuck, let me know and I'll happily take some shots of the alum clad / half leather interior.......worst thing is, we came on holiday a day after picking it up and she's missing it already !! (and there was me thinking it was just me that missed driving my car when away !).

I suppose that one of the reasons they look pretty good is because elements of the car's kit and wheels were designed by none other than Peter Stevens, the guy responsible for styling the P1, Mclaren F1 etc.
