Default 2 maf sensors in 2 weeks

Really annoyed now. I have had a new maf sensor fitted 2 weeks ago and now on my way home it's broke again. Is it possible the manual boost adjuster or dump valve has caused this? Going to fit a recirc soon as my new samco and valve come.

What year is your car?

Was both of the MAFs new?

Are you running an induction kit?
