Pix from British GT Championship from Rockingham
Firstly massive thanks to The Crowman for supplying Daz & myself VIP treatment with The Ferrari Predator Race Team.
Awesome day & with unrestricted passes we could go anywhere which gave me a good opportunity of taking some photos.

Some of the competition

The sound of thus thing done funny things to my pecka !

Many teams have two drivers, the team owner and a Pro driver.
We were informed that the 3 Porsche Pro drivers were paid £20K per day.
This is the team we spent the day with.
All going well in 10th place and a £5,500 drive shaft snapped !!

Great shots Clive.
I got taken to last year's one by my Lamborghini buddy - but gawped rather than take great photos like that.
Stunning stuff, but I'm guessing the stands were completely empty like last year which makes the massive money involved even harder to understand. I get that it's designed for telly and brand awareness etc but it's hard to see how it all adds up. Having said that the obvious money in the paddock is a clue - one of the guys who drove up with us from London had his Enzo collected at lunchtime and his 458 dropped off instead as he fancied driving a different car home...
The car park we parked in last year before we had a spin around the track at lunchtime...:eeek:
On the way there in a convoy
