I got taken to last year's one by my Lamborghini buddy - but gawped rather than take great photos like that. Stunning stuff, but I'm guessing the stands were completely empty like last year which makes the massive money involved even harder to understand. I get that it's designed for telly and brand awareness etc but it's hard to see how it all adds up. Having said that the obvious money in the paddock is a clue - one of the guys who drove up with us from London had his Enzo collected at lunchtime and his 458 dropped off instead as he fancied driving a different car home...
