Default The peanut project

Well guys thought it was about time I started a project tread as all parts for stage one have been ordered and most are here bar the wheels but I'm sick of waiting so thought I'd start :gangsta:

The car is a 2003(53) sti type uk and was a steal so had to have it after being away for over 2 years and missing the power and burble the project will be in 3 stages looks, handling, more power

So this is it after I brought it

And now after a full detail using all dodo juice products

And this was the state of the clay bar after every panel :surprised: so was way over due a good clean

I have lots of parts to fit that are gathering space over the house but have started adding a few like the engine bolt dressing kit and another which is hard to spot but the clue is looking at the picture of it now head on See if you can spot it

Will be updating again on Tuesday :bliss: Hope you like

I did the process this way

Washed using two buckets
Dry'd
Clayed
Dry'd again
Polished
Then waxed

Will probably wash and wax it again this weekend and that will be it for a few months till the wax wears out

Car looks smashing.

RE: Claybar - don't need to use anywhere near that much in one go - if you drop it and you have no more, you're f**ked
