mate picked this up in the week and asked if i could clean it for him
few pics be for i started

Where were the pics taken? Wasn`t Summerhill / Gwersyllt was it? I recognise the silver classic in one of the pics.

i used Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber its the 1st time iv used it came up really well considering the car's been sat for 4 years the paint got pink metal flack init ill try and write up an full list after of the products i used

it sure was mate the silver classic on the drive court fire the other day one the power caps for the sound court fire so that's got to be dealt with now and the silver classic on the car park is mine

So you used AG vinyl and rubber on the paintwork? Or did I misunderstand, not being funny here but I want to know if I'm missing a trick I can use on a similar "rubbed" area on mine as I use that product on my dash etc, does it have another use?

Had one of these back in 1999 i was 20 at the time and it was rapid and the handling was superb
And got a handy umbrella holder

didnt use it on the paint only the rubber lol the stuff i have can be used on the interior exterior , on the paint i used
AG shampoo
AG clay bar
AG polish
AG wax
AG sealant
M3 cutting compound

plastic trim
AG Vinyl and Rubber

HAHAH sorry through you said rubber area , i used a soft cutting compound with a machine polisher

ive owned one of these for 7 years before going to a scooby. stunning cars, you can get hold of one for £1200 second hand these days.

shame about the colour black and ivory was my best colour

Its not black its midnight purple, so looks black until you get bright light.
Also this has an umbrella holder too

Not seen one of these in years, I always thought they have a reputation for being unreliable?
