thanks - i've ordered some smoked lamin-x for the fogs to tone them down a bit - they should have been on the car for these pics but they sent the wrong size

nope I wish I was that arty - just search "rally pig" on ebay - £11 delivered iirc - they are not hard decal badges like the original though - it's more like a soft gel type

looks good , just need some rims to set it off , the wrx rims sit way to far in, the front end looks sweet

cheers but rims are staying but getting powder coated black and some spacers added to the mix as well

aren't those wheels prone to failing when they've been powdercoated? Sure I read a post not long ago about one snapping?

I cant even begin to get my head round how removing the lacquer and replacing with powder coat can affect the structural integrity of the wheel itself?!

I've had rims powder coated before and had no problems at all

ah ok so maybe these wheels dont like being reheated - I wondered how the coat could affect them but obviously its the heating process - got me thinking now and i've sent the link to my chap to see what he thinks

Yeah, I was going to get mine done until I read that. Found somewhere local to me that paints them for £35 a wheel so gone down that route instead.
