You need to come to one of the gatherings Dan, Mantas, Jim, Neeni, Alan, Maggs and Dave all have them - I'm sure one of them will let you ride shotgun

a few of the lads on the Welsh section thoght they reconise the car as a car previously owned by one of the lads and ended up in Mr.Duplaw's hands before being sold onto ??? + South Wales Scooby's stickers.

ah this makes sense now i have seen your location about a year ago we scoobyspares bought a 99/2000 reg dark blue classic which had a dodgy cutch with a motek ecu, o.z superleggeras, vf turbo and a few other goodies from bridgeend what a treck that was by the way in our recovery truck, i bought the wheels and grill (with the stickers) of my gaffer and the rest of the car was broke for bits. I can't remember the lads name

Personally wouldn't bother with the hawkeye roof spoiler, don't think they look right. V6 front splitter would be a good one, like you say standard side skirts and fog covers and you've got a nice clean looking classic. Like morrettes as well

You have a few parts from my old car, I picked a man up in the taxi one night from Bridgend and he told me he used to have a dark mica blue classic...
He described the car and told me all the things he had done to it, I asked was the plate S900BYV when you bought and then changed back to V694GNP ?
He said yeah how do you know ?
I told him i used to own it and all the things you told me you had done to the car were already done and on it when you bought it, it's a small world we live in ;-)
The turbo was a vf22 & the motec m800 ecu had been remapped by Steve Simpson if you had them parts....
When I sold the car it was in lovely condition but it changed hands 2 or 3 times since and got abused ........

that is really nice scott.

wouldnt bother with the rear hawkeye top spoiler though, think it would take away the clan cut style it has just now.

Do something about that rear foglight.

Couple of quid and 10 minutes to relocate it to the O/S reverse light, much cleaner look.

yes they were all still on the car we bought it also had as brand new set of gt spec brembos, the car had a clutch fault lad replaced the clutch but just couldn't get it to engage properly lost interest after removing/refitting the box several times and rang us also car wouldn't run we sold all the parts and had no problem so it must have just been the clutch, it is a very small world especially in the subaru community lol
