The result of my boredom....
Well as some of you know(mainly the guys i bought parts off) i spent most of last year with both my arms in casts after an 80mph head on in a classic sti(passenger) so while i was sat in hospital for 3 weeks and on my *** at home for 9 months off work i went on a spending spree thanks to you lot! Ha the only problem was once my arms were better (ish) iv gotta fit all the parts, iv only got 1 pic of then engine before but its a standard bug wrx and a couple of how it looks now, its not quite finished need to tidy up the front end etc but its nearly ready..... Ps all done by myself and my oldman, im 28 this year and still had to get him to undo the tight bolts lol any way what you think? List of parts fitted at the bottom.

Looks tidy, just be warned though, the pipework near the oil filler cap will rub on the underside of the bonnet. I have that problem on mine and I've seen the same issue with classics too
Simple fix is some hose over the pipe...

nar i would go silver buddy that will look the dogs do dars also i think with the front mount being silver the covers would like out of place if they were black, as for the lights i agree with you they look a lot meaner.
you could always do one black and other silver hehehe
as for the wiring i thought it was plug and play ?
regards

Hi leeturbo2000
How you find the bug compared to a classic, do they feel alot more refined in the drive.
Reason i ask is im saving for a second impreza to go with my gravel express.
But i quite fancy another classic.
I also really like the bug shape in green with gold alloys

What blue are you after mate? I've got a pair in 95H if your interested. The wiring needs some tidying up and they need two new bulbs but other than that they're good to go. Loved the look of them on my bug but my prodrives look better
