I'm removing the mods because It will be worth almost the same money with or without them, majority of people just see the price of the car and don't appreciate the value of the mods.

Fair point although not knowing the full spec what would you value it at with them fitted. If you are selling it on here it might be an idea to offer it with various options. As I know I would be willing to pay more if it meant I didn't have to buy new and fit say coil overs etc there could be a middle ground to what you could sell the parts second hand I for one would buy it for more as it would save the buyer money in the long run and you would still get the money for the parts if sold seperate plus you don't have to mess around removing it all and refitting it all
Just a thought and good luck with the sale
