thanks lads winston you know what mate iv been looking at wheels spacers today but im not sure how much of a spacer to get thinking 20mm, i cant take any credit for the work on the type r but it wont be like it for long, like to put my own stamp on things, bonesetter i havent touched the supension set up on the type r, to be honest it insnt low enough for me i like to run cars really low, the silver classic was slammed up untill a few weeks ago, i used just like crusing around at snails pace just on tick over sounds lovely that car, ill get a pic up of how low it was

i think with spacers you may foul the inner arch on the rear , have a feel inside and see how much clearance you have , i dont think it looks to bad as it is mate tbh

cheers budgie think you know we both have the same taste in looks even been contemplating set of grids but not sure if it would work, there is quite a bit for clearence between arch and tyre. i think it looks great as it is but always room for improvement your motors looks sexual by the way.

And he can sort out some trial fitments

I'm sure iv got some pics here of a classic on grids. All your future mods sound good though! I like the ch's, they seem to suit anything!! You looked at the xxrs? Alot of people are rocking grids ATM, can see why there beautiful wheels IMO but I think this needs something a bit different.

Thankyou martin. unfortunatly got to sell the silver one really want to keep it as its unmolested no engine mods apart from exhaust system low milage. i have no need for 2 classics as there not my daily drivrers anyway.

Looking great Adam, love this car!

Speak to Mark regarding the wheel spacers, hes got a set of CDF hubcentric spacers that were on his white type r that are sat there in his office, they are soon to go on eBay.Sure he'll let you try before you buy.

Defo keep the wheels though as they suit the 22b style

Get some skyline hub studs from Merlin motorsport and some open ended wheel nuts, that's what I had to do anyhow.
