I'll stick a pic up at the weekend but you can't see much as it's all down below the fuel filter and washer bottle. Sitting on the nearside chassis rail

i am after some assistance too, I thought about morning the washer bottle to the in boot water spray as no longer have a top mount and putting a smaller battery on, that should be enough space to house most of it.

It's a sealed system. No worse than fuel pipes through the engine bay. Mine was installed by EngineTuner. I'm sure they know what they are doing.

Yeah, I'm not too worried about it setting on fire etc. As has been said it's all sealed. The only negative is if you crash, which I'd like to think I'm not going to.

Nice one, thanks I will have a read.

Alan says a 1L swirl pot.....is that big enough? I suppose it must be if that's what they use, but I've always read you need 1.5L minimum?

1 Litre is fine. I've got a Walbro in the tank as well so plenty of flow in the system. Pressure and flow from the Bosch 044 to the injector rail.

Heres some more pics of mine Chris,

Walboro in tank feeding the 1.5l swirl pot up front. Pot feeds a Bosch Motorsport 413 pump which supplies the motor via a fuelab filter.

The swirlpot is mounted down just above the chassis rail and uses a bulkhead bracket rather than base mounting. The pump and filter are mounted on a separate quick release cradle that is situated where the OEM washer bottle once lived.

This setup is feeding parallel rails housing 1000cc ID injectors and return via a fuelab billet pressure regulator. All in it hapily coped with 573bhp on my 2.5ltr build.

If you look carefully you will see the swirlpot at the back of the bay, but my effort to disguise it work quite well with it being powderocated satin black.

isn't putting the pot where the battery used to be a bit risky ? that's an area that is very likely to be deformed in a crash

Yes Phil, should cope up to 600+.
Twin pump setup could be done easily as i would just replace the filter with a 2nd 413 and relocate the filter.

Twin pumps should see up to 750+ without issue.
