Had the camera out....
Well, I had the day off and the wife went shopping with my little girl so seemed like a perfect opportunity to give the motor a clean and take some nice pics.
Let me know your thoughts, good or bad and any ideas for future mods.
Thanks.
Matt.

very nice m8 only changes i would make is a facelift front bumper to go with the bonnet with matching induction vents and give the underside of the bonnet a shine up o and move the numberplate back classics are lovely in white and its a shame to have that stuck on the bonnet

Can't for the life of me remember the name of the company these ones came from. I'll have a search through my eBay account and see if I can find them.

Mirrors came from eBay believe it or not. Took three goes from three different companies until I got a set I was happy with.

Never even thought of cleaning the underside of the bonnet so that is now on the list too, lol.
Number plate, not sure where else to mount it. I hate the little square ones over fog cover and deffo don't want one stuck on the splitter. Any thoughts, plate in windscreen maybe.

lol yeah it looked so clean under the bonnet untill you look up its a shame for that to let down your hard work,as for the plate you only have 5 digets so why not in the original position?

Bumper has been cut to allow for front mount so the mounting bracket has all gone.
Could maybe fit a small plate under the grill but keeping it above the front mount. May have a ride over to my plate man tomorrow and get one made up for a look. Could tape it on so wouldn't need to drill any holes.

who fitted your front mount? theres no need to cut out the fixing position plus if you had a plate made up the same size as your sticker it really isnt going to make any noticable difference to temps mine is still there with a front mount and i do prefer it there out of the way,you could use 2 small L shape brackets to see what you think? if you didnt like it the screw holes wouldnt be visable unless you were liying on the floor or maybe if you had gone through a hedge and landed on the roof people would see them then lmao

you could also use L brackets facing out the bumper and sticking upwards so the plate would be fixable infront of the bumper bar? try both ways as i said you wont see the holes unless your on your roof, and if your on your roof then i dont think a few small holes is going to make a difference lol

Hi Matt,
Managed to find this place and couldn't believe when I saw your pics at the top of the gallery section! Lol
Your Scoob is looking great as ever - not bad pics either! I'll have to get my Nikon on it at some point though...!
Here's a quick Photoshop of the plate that might help:
...BTW chaps, this Scoob is something else performance wise - Matt's taken me up the road and it's brilliant!
Cheers,
Franklin.

Frank, welcome to the fold my friend. We really need to get you your first Impreza, you will never look back.
Good work with the photoshop, you need to book me in for some PC lessons, lol.
Thanks for the comment on performance, it does go well doesn't it. Will be even better once I've got the meth mix done
