Hi there,

here's a few pics of the dmamage to my car being repaired...

She's had the rude intrusion of some **** in a van crash into her front offside, they didn't even stop and leave a note, neighbours saw it, but not enough information to find them...yet...


So, we have decided to treat the old girl, rather than just replace the wing and bumper smashed by the afore mentioned w***ker, we are having the following done to get her back to mint condition:

drivers side rear arch - rust cut out, new metal welded and all made to looky nicey
passenger side rear arch - as above
roof, rusting stone chips sorted and entire roof fully re-painted
entire drivers side repainted - with a new front wing.
bonnet - stone chips and 3 minor dents sorted and fully repainted
front bumper - repaired and repainted - keeps it as original as possible...
passenger side - entirely repainted with minor dents being sorted
drivers door - "egg damage" being fixed - yes another **** threw an egg at our car and if fkd the paint work - left a cob web effect in the drivers door...
New rear bumper, nicely repainted...

phew! that's it I think.. anyway, we'll get here back later this week, but went to the workshop on saturday and saw the progress made - here are a few pics for you

Where are you getting this done? I will need my rear arches doing soon, and would prefer to find someone local(ish).

true, was part of out thoughts, we were considering if to scrap the car ot not, and decided to make it a mint condition classic.

We've had the car 12 years give or take, so it's part of the family and certainly deserves a major refresh...
