OK I'll go next
Needs different(higher profile) tyres on to enchance the looks, but seeing as these ones only have 5000 miles on I can wait. Does'nt help that the car was photo'd on a slope, but who cares. I think it looks stunning
300 miles to go before running in ends

Matt,
You can't fit the original STi blanking covers back on once the driving lights have been fitted.
The PIAA covers fit but they are a barsteward to remove and you have to realign the lamps everytime, still worth it though

Nice Cars Guys. Getting my prodrive type UK on Wednesday24th. Yipee.
Hey has anyone fitted carbon fibre STI reflectors to a WR blue STI, just wondering as I`ve got some.
Is it true that the fuel consumption is bit heavy to start with but gets better after the 500 mark. I`ll post some just as soon as I get it.
They all look absolutely stunning.

I picked mine up last Saturday, First Subaru (had 3 elise's before) Very impressed so far, set the limiter to 4500 but having just read that thread in general its going back to 4K now.
First tankful of fuel almost gone, 200 miles (eeekkk), hope it gets better! Glad I got the dealer to fill it up as part of the deal. Will post pics later.

GSTi I'm off to see Pete at SS on 30th for the HID dip beams to be done, I've got Super White Extremes in both main and dip at the moment, and Super White sidelights, but externally they don't look any different. They do make a noticable difference to the headlamp performance though. Dr Lurve, hopefully you will back me up on this, as you have the same set up as mine at present?

Make sure you get the correct HID conversion. I was told my WRX HID's would fit but of course they don't as the WRX is H7 and the STi is H1 dip.
Also the importers of Ultra HID told me recently they can't get hold of any at the moment and the quality of the last lot they had was suspect. There are some conversions out there that do not use a properly manufactured capsule specifically for H1 but have a modified capsule flange glued on to make them fit which is a bit of a bodge.
