03 STi
Hi all and greetings from Finland! Just joined the forum, here's a couple of shots of my 03 STi.
Some summer fun here at a track. I got the Perrin ALK, Prodrive springs, Whiteline camber bolts front, Whiteline adjustable ARB rear. Yellowstuff pads, HEL braided lines + Motul RBF600.
Winter fun:
Interior, A/F + turbo gauges, Cusco 6pt cage, Bride Cuga seats, I'm loving them!
Prodrive ECU, 3" DP with 100cell hi-flow cat, 3" catback, walbro, stock turbo. Done lots of small things in the engine bay trying to minimize heat soak, Cobb airbox with modified oem intake duct, lots of heat insulation, Boostlogic turbo blanket, cooler tilt, JDM automatic cooler spray. Ran 13.1 on 1/4mile last summer with Prodrive DP and exhaust and stock intake, might dip down to high twelves now, runs much better currently.
Exterior: Prodrive 18" rims with Toyo R1R tires, otherwise pretty much stock apart from the v-ltd lip and modified Mitsu Evo side skirt extensions.
Hope you like it, at least I really do!

Some updates to the car...
Added some DIY heat shielding for the intercooler. It's ugly but effective.
Installed temp probes after before and after IC:
ZeroSports cooling plate, updated intake piping, head tank insulators, oil catch can, etc...
And finally, new TD06sl2-20G turbo together with modified WRX 800cc injectors. Car running very nicely now, full boost at 4000rpm, pulls strongly to 7500rpm. And what's most important to me, the way the car feels and responds is just superb!
Dyno says 330hp at the wheels and approx 390hp/470Nm at the crank with fairly conservative tune.

Yeah this summer I've been running with R1Rs, I was pretty amazed how well they performed in normal driving, grip on dry was great, and even when wet the traction was ok, and break-up at the limit was very progressive and easily handled. At track, they were easily better than "normal" tires like Toyo T1R for example, but definitely lacked the ultimate grip of R888 and like.
