I have purchased a set of Rays G07WT 18" in Silver > took em straight to paint shop to get em painted satin black. I wanna get some Red AP 6 pots fitted so I needed the 18" wheels to fit 355mm discs inside, after hours of cleaning white wheels
I have decided to go for black

I don't like the look of White alloys at all. Black is a good choice in appearance and maintenance. Will look cool with the AP's aswell.

Very nice, white wheels rule until cleaning time. Is the interior any different from a normal Spec-C?

Well spotted fella, all other Spec C cars have black interior, they stayed with blue for the Arai run

agree with the wheels though, white looks best but are an ar$e to keep clean, not had them since, always go for a colour similar to brake dust......

Toying with painting the rear face of mine satin black and leaving the front white
Need to photoshop it and see what it looks like (or just stop cleaning the rear face of the wheels
)

Gotta be honest, I like my car clean, but bloody hell white is a nightmare!! although black will be a pain >>> it should allow me to be a bit lazy

Get a good wheel sealant on the wheels after a good clean and that will help with maintaining them

I use poorboys which used to work fine. After I had the wheels refurbed the finish wasn't so good on the inner faces. I've tried to cut it using 3G to make the surface less prone to collecting cr@p but it isn't working too well. Needs a good gloss finish.
