Default Picture Request
Hi All,

Bit of a long shot this one.

If someone is part way through an engine build or has a short motor lying about please could you post a picture of the numbers that are located at the back of the engine ontop of the bell housing where the two block halves meet?

Need to check whether they are supposed to match or not.

hi mate i have got a spare engine at work stripped down i work nights so will have a look at it at work tonight and will let you no asap.

No, i dont think they are supposed to match, that is the serial number for the engine, that corresponds to the V5 iirc.
