Very nice, I remember when I got my first scoob (MY06 Hawk like youself) I just could not stop smiling from ear to ear. Be warned though the modding WILL begin however much you try to resisit. To help you on your way may I suggest a Prodrive backbox £100 from the bay and a deresonated center section from Scoobyparts for about £75, both of which will release the burble, oh and a V lip spoiler for the front really sets the off, I'm afraid the list can go on and on!

Enjoy

Looks almost the same as my Spec D when I bought it a couple of years ago.

First thing you should do on a hawkeye is put it on Prodrive springs as it looks like it is on stilts as standard.

cheers for the comments chaps...

well i've got hold of a prodrive backbox... this will be fitted as soon as scoobyworld send me the gasket and bolt set...

i've also fitted the kenwood ipod adapter (big thanks to 'Bungleaio' for the advice)...

what's the score with the centre section? i don't really want to replace the cat...

will drive it for a while to decide what i want to do next... but yeah, i'm sure i'll be after a bit more power before long... just don't want to lose any more MPG's...!!!

cheers,

center section is cat back and just replaces the resonated center pipe and releases a lot more burble. the one from tim at scoobyworld is a nice bit of kit for £75.

Here you go mate:

Scoobyparts Ltd TORNADO NEW AGE REAR PIPE

I fitted the Prodrive box first to my Hawk and it was not loud enough, friends said they could here me coming but even with the window down it was too quite for me, once I added this it was the perfect volume and not too boomy in the cabin.

I'm just waiting for one to be released for my Hatch STI as I have a Prodrive box on that and again its too quite, just hoping it has the same effect on teh hatch as it did the hawk.

My original one came from scott lowe but was hard plastic so very easy to smash and not forgiving at all, looked good though.

HT autos sell them along with Revolution.

MY06-07 STI Style Front Splitter

Subaru Impreza front splitters & Lip spoilers,Aprons,STi & WRX from HTAutos

or ebay can be your friend, BasonR in the States do them quite cheap I think.

Cheers

I had the front lip for my hawkeye from revolution. It made a huge difference to the look of the front.

unfortunately it is now in about 4 pieces as i hit a fox doing about 75mph on the duel carriageway to work !!

You can and they look spot on, was never brave enough to do them myself though and actually quite liked the bright shiny look. If you search for a member called 'Elmer fudpacker' IIRC he had a white STI Hawk and did his.

Quick pic of my old Hawk with a splitter, was my favorite mod.
