Default ront mount painted Black

Well as I actually had some time to spend on the car this weekend i cracked on with a few outstanding things, ARB and rear drop links were fitted and also painted the FMIC black:

Stealthiness is the way forward.
Are you going to do the pipework that is on show, or do the fogs cover that?

I have always disliked the looks of fmic's for some reason and I think on your Black car it will probably blend in well.

if you mesh the opening the mesh usually catches most of the road krud...still needs a fresh coat of paint every now and then though.

Cheers for the comments, the stone chips do concern me and I know i will have to paint it again, I have been thinking of meshing it out but at the moment the bumber is very close to the FMIC so i'll have to address that first.

The Fogs do need to go back in i just need to fabricate some mountings.

I didn't use a primer I cleaned it up first then rubbed it down with some wirewool, the test patch I did seemed to be good so did the whole FMIC without primer. time will tell!

thanks again

Did mine about 18 months ago now and only have about half a dozen stone chips, which shouldn't take long to redo.

heres mine,

I did mine with some matt black VHT paint, gave it about 4 coats in total (Which pretty much used up the whole can).
