hi all, i want to use this pic as my desktop but i want some different options with it, ie black and white or some effects on it. i saw a pic a while back of someones impreza and they had does a sort of neon light effect in a line all round the car it looked good

can anyone give it ago

B&W,Sketch effect n cartoon. Not sure what u want i.e neons, surely not underneath neon lighting? examples would help?
