It belongs to a guy i know called Paulie over on the NASIOC.
His is in the US army and is based out in Japan at the moment. The WRX is in storage in the USA.
The car was a stock WRX but he has but his own "WRC emulating" Tarmac edition. The sticker in the side is "WRC tarmac edition".

The wheels are "Revolution Milleniums" 18 x 8.
