Perhaps I should say that my car is an Impreza Sport that came with normal seats

I love those seats - V5 STi? After some for my tired looking MY00 seats.

How much did you get them for?

I quite like the V7/8 STi seats also but they seem to cost loads more.

Thats a good price - ebay I take it?

Scoobynutz: yes, apparently so - its a common mod, you see a lot of classics with New Age Sti seats.

They do indeed. I can now take full advantage of my suspension set-up (KYB AGX + H&R -50mm springs + whiteline 22mm rear arb + scoobyclinic geomentry = pure fun)

You say the STI5 rears didn't fit? What condition are they in? I have a 5 and I cba to vax the rears! If the price was right, if you had no need for them, I could possibly be interested.

The version V5 STi rear bench (the back part) is just material over seating foam with no back compared to the sports which are split and have solid backs. Also there is a blue wire tangled through part of the seats.

Plus I like haveing split rear seats
