Default My new ride, 5.3 litre V8

It's a long a story which I shall not bore you with but basically my family and I have now emigrated to British Columbia, Canada and this is what I bought the other day.

It's a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche, 5.3 litre V8, 295bhp and 330lb ft torque. Does about 18mpg but otherwise it is very practical for us. Seats 6 people, can carry luggage, move furniture, mountain bikes, ski's etc.

It had done 39k (miles cos they use kms over here) and I got it for £12k.
I filled it up and it cost me $104 about £50 for 84 litres
It's not fast but it's so smooooothe.....

5.3 L? , the tree huggers (enviromentalists) would be screaming for your scalp over here lol , screw them though , hope you have lots of fun with it, has it got 4WD with low and high gears for going offroad

Yes it's got 4 High, 4 Low, 2 High or Auto. I'll be leaving it in 2 High until the white stuff falls.

Lol, I've just brought an Isuzu Rodeo, i think it would fit in the back of yours.

Looks like a GIANT Isuzu Rodeo but I have no doubt the Rodeo would eat it the avalanche's **** out off road
