I'd like to say a very sad fairwell to the best car I have ever and will ever own. Needs must as the devil drives, but I cannot afford to keep her. I have had some fantastic times drving through West Wales, and this was her final trip to Aberaeron.


Who knows if I win the lotto, I'll be heading down to the local Subaru dealer for his n hers STi Wagons But for now, goodbye. I hope your new owner will look after you as well as I did.

Thats a shame that Russ. Was the decision down to high running/repair costs or have you a new car in mind?

Shame I didn't get to meet up with you also at the meet. You should still try get there for a good day out!

Running cost werent too bad, it was only used at weekends, but things have been a bit sticky, repairs cost have been high, and I have to get my priorities in the right order and ploughing more money into something the depreciaites is not a good move for me at the moment, however still got the XBOX Nathan so I'll meet you on line

I have had alot of cars, but shes been the most fun. been driving for 18 years.

Im not a total petrol head, my next car wont be an Evo or and Audi or anything under the headline of "Performance Vehicle" Im just moving on, I will blend better in the Tesco car park

That's a great shame Russ... It's no good getting onto debt for a car though on that I will agree. At least you have had the turbo experiance now

Cheers Si, she been a fantastic experience, hoping to a the meet on Tuesday in her, but who knows. Just have to record that flat four burble and play it back through the speakers of what ever car I get next. Im going to miss the handling, the sound, and the turbo thats for sure, I have to train myself now not to wave at other Subaru drivers, they'd look at me gone off.

Ozz mate, I might be selling up but Im not going to stop posting on scoobynet or SWS, some one has got to keep that website updated I will definately be at the meet Tuesday and I will be there at every meet, but I dont know what I'll be driving.

You can see the car in the flesh, making one last appearance going to be gutted, but I cannot stick anymore money into her.
