Newbie - 2000 turbo
Hey all, i'm new here so i thought i'd start with posting a few pics. The car was pretty much standard when i got it and since then (bout six months ago) i've added a few things, like the wheels, new taillights, clear indicators and some ICE. I've got a FMIC coming soon, so that'll be the next thing going on.
In the beginning...
Added some new shoes...
And the new tail lights (yet to be colour coded...but they will be!)

Welcome to ScoobyNet! Lovely looking motor my friend!
I have a smiliar 1999 turbo myself but in silver (see 'view my scooby' on the left hand side) and have also got the afterburner lights waiting to be sprayed. Dont listen to these peeps they say they look 'sh*te'. If you like em, go for it!
Liking the look of those wheels....have you got any side pics of the car??

Cheers mate,
Yeah it's a love or hate thing with those lights but i really like em, especially on. Will be even better when coloured. Think they'll look well nice on yer silver too!
Yeah well chuffed with the wheels, had to wait sooooooooo long for them to arrive but well worth it, some other pics

In the first three pictures it looks quite tidy, but after that it goes downhill, just another Impreza with Chav lights fitted some aftermarket alloys you've never heard of and an exhaust that looks like you've backed over a dustbin!
Amusing thing is all the money you've spent on it, it was probably worth more in original condition than it is now, still you pays your money!
(And before anyone starts, don't post pics of your car on here if you can't take critisism !)

Car is very nice. You have made the "essex" decision with the lights though i'm afraid. you either need to move to southend or take them off mate.
Excellent choice of rims mind you!.

WHY? All that will do is create more lag and make your car even slower?
Most tuners I've spoken to point out that one of the best mods is also one of the cheapest and one that makes a noticable improvement, A Geometry set up and brake pad upgrade!
And before anyone starts rantin at me, this guy says he's new so I'm just trying to point him in the right direction, and help stop him throwing his cash at things that he's not going really going to benefit from!

welcome mate. nice standard car, not keen on the afterburners, but piccies when colour coded could change that opnion. glad you got rid of the standard wheels, theyre bloody hideous.
remember, its your car so do as you please, not what pleases others. but on here you will get criticised for whats considered "essex" "chav" etc. i wouldnt worry about it, most the critics are only keyboard warriors like dr who anyway.
any engine bay shots out of interest...

Keyboard Warrior? All I did was say I didn't like his lights and not overly keen on the wheels, and that fitting a FMIC is a bit of a waste of money!
Still you obviously know better!
