Default Latest mods - Bug WRX

Fitted the Samco boost hose kit this morning, apart from one hose clip needing the dremmel to remove it wasn't a bad job. The hose between the turbo and dump valve was quite badly perished and very soft.
That plastic y-piece under the intercooler is a joke for a standard part - looks like something from a pound shop! Thumbs up to samco and to Scoobyparts.com for supplying the kit delivered in 24hrs.

Also fitted some smoked side repeaters which I really like and some crystal wing reflectors which i'm now not too keen on. If anyone knows where I can get some smoked wing reflectors i'd appreciate a link.
Again thumbs up to scoobyparts - ordered and delivered in 24hrs flat.

looking good mate - do you notice any improvements after fitting the hoses or was it just for cosmetic reasons?

Haven't noticed any difference, hoses were changed mainly because the turbo to dump valve hose was in such poor condition. Have had a few turbo'd cars now and always fancied a set of these too, it does brighten things up a bit under the bonnet.

Must get round to doing my once a year under bonnet clean now to make all the surrounding bit looks as good

Detango'd the front lights today. Can't see the full effect yet 'cause I haven't got any silvertec bulbs yet.
Also gave the car a once over with Meguiars quick detailler after washing it this afternoon. Brilliant stuff, takes no time or effort to get a nice shine on.

Worthwhile mod even if just for looks! Surprised you're still running the standard hoses with the power yours is putting out

Front splitter is next mod for me
