Nice one . Have a question, you must be able nowa days to get a Classic Impreza for little money, so why do an Import?, are they a better spec/more power than what you can get in the UK?

What is the spec of this one?
When are you likley to receive it?

i'm still new to the impreza scene. so correct me if i'm wrong!
this one is apparently 1 of 500 made. its a 1995 sti version 2 555 model.
i will be paying 2800 by the time its on the road.
not a massive saving but i got a reasonable sti cheap.
it has 275 bhp and 312 lbspft as standard.
should get it in about 5 weeks

That all sounds very nice. Do you have to get it under-sealed atall, or re-mapped for the lower octane fuel here?

nice one m8, imported an almost exactly same one last summer, these things are rapid...

http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...0062006218.jpg

and also, common probs with these...

1. the roof vent clip on the inside is usually broken

2.they come with plastic header tanks which cant take a beating, so get a metal one...around £40 off a classic wagon

The spoiler should be a straight swap over as mines in the body shop at the mo having it done

Rapid Rabbit the front splitter is a genuine Version 4 STI Type R 3 piece spoiler. It was only made for this model 2 door. You can get them from GGR or Roger Clark (plus there must be other places)
Cheers Col enjoy the car

Japanese cars run on 100ron minimum. The PFC is the best mod you can get IMO, maximise performance as well as ensure safety.

With the correct supporting mods (Fueling, Exhaust-de-cat,) and a remap you can see a 1.3 bar midrange tailing to about 1.1 bar.... This is a safe amount of boost and will leave you all day long....
