Default Show us your Header 'Porting'

Half way through porting my headers, fast running out of enthusiasm and waiting for some Carbide burrs to arrive.

Do you port both sides of the headers and cross-over pipe i.e 'Flow-In' anf 'Flow-Out' or just the 'flow-in' side.
Please show me your efforts

Scott, Sorry no pics of cross section, you only need to port in the direction of flow, do not port out the face were the gases are leaving...if that makes sense. You will proberbly find some snotty welds on the cross section, make sure you grind them all flat.

cheers mate, thought as much w.r.t exiting flow. Suits me, as I'm further through completing then as have done most of the off-side and part of the cross-over before my rotary files went blunt.

Carbide Burrs should arrive tommorrow, so I can crack on.....
