I need help getting my pictures onto this site ,anyone tell me how to get my car pic onto the members gallery,its doin my head in.

ok go to the folder screen that shows all the list of photo's in thumbnail, theres three boxe's below with different address in text form, the one that says img will be the one you want just copy and paste it, complete with the [img] bit
