I have just P'Shopped Elmers RB5 to look even nicer
As we all know that Elmer Fudpucker's RB5 is/was a really fantastic example of an Impreza RB5 (btw were has it gone?).
Just to remind you
Since being a member on NASIOC I have seen some realy nice and some fantastic looking scoobs and one in perticular ESEMS 06 WRX STI.
Seen here:
One item that I think makes that car look extra nice is those Work Emotions in Gunmetal (8X18)
Seen here:
(He has since sold these and has got Volks)
So this got me thinking
Why not put those Work Emotions onto Said RB5 ??
Well I have just done that.
PLEASE BE WARNED SOME SERIOUS LOOKING RB5
Darren
P.S. Elmer/Jon I hope you don't mind

I kept the car for about a year and then sold it to another SN member, Kevinperth, however I'm not sure of the car's current whereabouts.
Last I heard, Kevin had advertised it on SN for sale, but not sure if it went.
HTH
Anyway, FWIW, I prefer the car with the Turinis, which I'd have loved, but they were swapped for OZ P1 WRCs before I took ownership due to the narrow rubber stretched on the wide wheels
. The gunmetal wheels look more at home on the MY06 than the classic IMHO.

In the interests of your sanity, not to mention your wallet..... I think you should refrain from "trying to like the MY06's" cos sod's law, you'll end up down the dealers trading in the 05

I can see where you are comming from. The std style rb5 alloy would look better in 18" maybe. (you can get magnesium ones from speedline)
Darren
I know what you mean. If the bonnet creases did not taper like they do and where more like the 05 bonnets, it would look better, perhaps.
I can see that happening...to much money in your pocket
