Default Pic Request - alternative air intake methods

i'm looking at improving my air intake flow, currently running an APS CAK, i was thinking of running a pipe through the fog cover. Seen it done through a set of morettes.
Any pics would be useful.

I think Mikee Singh has done something like that. Might be worth asking him? His is the BIG power Type R from Scooby Clinic!

I am sure he wont mind, he seems like a nice chap!

not sure. my mate posts as jonjo, you could mail him or speak to scoobyclinic, mention joe with the 2.5 sti4 and they should be able to help.

How about this? £5 from Wickes

Bit of messing around removing the inner wheel arch to get the pipe in but other than that not too bad

How did you get that bit of the air box out of the gap between the inner and outer wing?

Errrm.... I think I had to undo a bolt on a brace from the front wing to inner wing. Or did i take it off... not entirely sure. I do remember it was a nightmare to pull out but it is possible with a bit of persistance.
