I am sure it was a good laugh and you are clearly a long way off the other cars so no danger of causing damage. Really needed a video a clip of that... photos just can't do this type of thing justice. I'd head back there when its empty with a few mates - lay out some cones and you've got a circuit to time trial around.

I've hurtled round empty carparks myself, I spend hours stood on the side of rally stages, I know how far stones get flung! I'd be amazed if non of those cars got hit! That's besides the point though, people see a car being ranted round, kick up a fuss and then all car owners are put in the spot light and then non of us can have fun, anywhere, any time!
I'm not saying don't enjoy your car, just use your head

Bob's completely right mate. Nothing wrong with doing that sort of thing in my book - just not in situations where it’s going to cause concern to others. Post up a video clip when the place in empty and you have enough room to do some proper power slides!
Cheers.

Just thought I'd post up a recommendation regarding having a laugh in the car without upsetting anybody...
Go to one of those massive out of town roundabouts with a few mates in the dead of night. The roundabout has got to be big enough to easily allow you to hit peak power in second and wide enough for 'mistakes'. I like these because they are well away from residential areas so won't get complaints and hence police turning up. Plus in the middle of the night the general public won’t be around. Get a mate to stand in the middle of it - preferably up on a sign or something with a cam-corder / digital video camera with video function. You can power slide around these to your hearts content, gaining valuable experience in both the wet and dry. Fun going back and analyzing what you got right and what you didn't later too. Only done it a few times, but amazing fun.
P.S. You need a rear ARB and Eibach's for example if you want to really get it sideways.

It's ok to have fun, just with a little consideration.
I understand what your saying that it was a private car park, but private still means it belongs to someone, and if it's not you then you could still be in trouble, your abusing someone else's property be it public or not so avoid giving someone the hump which could involve police presence.
I've been places where yeah of course you'd love to play around, get more experience controlling the car, but you have to give your actions alot of thought, if there are other cars around it doesn't matter how far away they are, playing around at speed, it only takes a second of lost control, and you could hit another car, or worse a person.
It does sound like everyones nagging, but give your sourroundings some consideration first.

P.S next time vid it!!!!!
