Well it used to be a twin turbo rover V8

My best was 11.50 @ 132mph with a crap 2.1s 60ft.
Top speed was a damn impressive 183mph for something with the aerodynamics of a brick.
Driven over 400miles round trip to and from the event, as a proper road car should be, coming over from Northern Ireland.
I'm well chuffed

and well pleased.
It did previously have a 4.6 twin turbo Rover V8, which by comparison with the new engine, was crap.
Current engine is a 5.7 LS1, as used in new Vette, Holden Monaro etc etc. GM's new workhorse.
Obviously its slightly modified with a blower for a little extra performance
Where's the vids ???

I cant see that happening anytime soon....
having clocked 183, I now want to see 190
Well, if an Impreza can do 190+, then surely a 1980 granada can do it ??
I'm also sure I can get a 10s run out of it with some more work.
Anyone any video footage ??

I took loads or pictures but no videos 
It looked seriously impressive on the handling circuit too
