I dont know, it depends who you buy from. The agents are insane. Some people bring them in for much cheaper, sometimes it pays to bring in yourself and arrange a lower invoicing for tax etc

my uncle used to live in simonstown about 10 years ago , we visited him about twice for a month each time . beautiful country you have there mate !!
