Default your avc-r in a 99er please?

anyone got any top ideas where to place my avcr?
and pics
at the moment its in the top cubby hole but wont be staying there long.
I had it down in front of the ash tray but it wasnt ideal and fouls the power socket for my charger anyway.

where top mount it then?

On my old '94 I placed it down by the ash tray I guess somewhere similar to yours.

with the fuel one mounted in the glove box

Not sure what the MY99 interior is like though.

I've got my Lambda Link stuck down in the tray in front of the gear lever gaiter (MY98 - late dash). I'd imagine, if it fits, the AVC-R would look ok there also?

Im concerned that the fascia looks like a stereo and will get ragged if not removed/fitted flush etc.

Thumbs up

as promised:

oh, and just to beat the smart ***** to it; yes I know the pod sticks out proud of the dash.. its a temporary mount
Didn't want to cut the 'tabs' off, or cut the dash to slot them in.

Replace top cubby hole with a pod. Fit AVC-R. Make custom surround from ally or CF?
