My mates upgraded his intercooler, hes now got one that is the same size as the radiator and fits just infront of it. Next time I see him I will post some photos.

New intercooler compared to radiator:
Intercooler being installed in our track 200SX. Radiator went behind it further towards the engine:
Intercooler of a Volvo 940, and all the required pipework for 47 quid! Doubt it'd take much more than 16psi so not much good for a scoob.
