Amazing his legs are still attached!!!
Moved because it is -

There goes his no claims !
Quite a nasty crash, but I suspect that the carbon joints have not been inspected over the last 5 years and this resulted in weakness.
Nice to know he was ok, unlike Herbert et al.

After a few minutes of research:
It seems that Kroyman's F399 is chassis #193, which happens to be the same car that Michael Schumacher crashed into the barriers at the British Grand Prix in 1999, breaking his leg. According to Autosport, "There is concern over the monocoque breaking at just 66.5 MPH" (his impact speed with the tire wall). So - we know that car had a cracked monocoque. Who repaired it, was it properly repaired, did Ferrari give the car their OK to compete again?

Very lucky lad to "walk" away from that.
There was a similar picture about 10 years ago from the Indy 500 I think, showing a driver going backwards through the air at 200mph after hitting the wall. No front left on the car, just his legs sticking out. Stan someone his name was.
See if anyone can find the picture.

Sorry but I don't believe that is a real crash pic, there is next to no debri round the car, the cockpit looks to small for the guy in it, and the break is way to clean and straight for a crash also where is the stearing wheel etc? IMHO this is staged but I am willing to be proved wrong.
