mine were £15 per pair for the materials (from Midland Performance Centre) - i have a template which i used to cut the flaps!

i used orginal brackets from my old STi flaps but they are not a must have as the flaps can attach to the arches directly
(horizontal brackets/strips of either metal or acrylic would keep the flaps more rigid)!

here are the templates:

the templates are free... just get a couple of sheets of A3 and draw the flaps using the measurements above. the materials are still £15 per pair to the best of my knowledge. i shouldn't imagine a piece of hard acrylic will cost much if you wish to make the flaps more rigid!

I take it your were being sarky

For those wanting metal bracket templates for Bugeye models...visit www.CumbrianScoobs.co.uk/bbs/ and drop Gus (the owner of the Blue Bug, mines the Silver one ) an email and I'm sure he'll help you out

These are from Scott Lowe, should have been £170, got them for £70 via Ebay due to a bit of discolouration.
