mine were £15 per pair for the materials (from Midland Performance Centre) - i have a template which i used to cut the flaps!
i used orginal brackets from my old STi flaps but they are not a must have as the flaps can attach to the arches directly
(horizontal brackets/strips of either metal or acrylic would keep the flaps more rigid)!
here are the templates:

Home made for me:
Templates from Gus (blue one in garage) plus he knocked up some brackets from some spare aluminium
Rears being fitted
Fronts being fitted - yes, we did drill the front wings
Costs:
Four of 420mm x 300mm 3mm thick Tarmac Spec blanks from www.plastics4performance.co.uk = £68
Brackets, screws + Fitting by Gus = $bottle of Vodka for Mrs Gus
Templates from Gus (blue one in garage) plus he knocked up some brackets from some spare aluminium
Rears being fitted
